How the Mind Works

Only 12 percent of our mind is considered conscious mind. The conscious mind is all of the beliefs, actions and thoughts of which we are aware. The rest of the mind consists of unconscious beliefs about the world and ourselves, automatic responses and thoughts that happen so fast, we are unaware of the origin. The unconscious mind has the greatest influence on our decisions and choices.
